What we do

Building drying

Corroventa forced dehumidification deployed across flood, escape-of-water, and fire-suppression claims. Pressure drying via drilled entry points with continuous moisture monitoring.

Strip-out works

Controlled removal of damaged materials to defined scope. Asbestos-aware procedures, waste management, and site protection throughout.

Water damage reinstatement

Full rebuild from dried structure to completed property. Plaster, joinery, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and decoration to pre-loss specification.

Insurance reinstatement contracting

End-to-end project delivery on insured property claims. Single contractor accountability from assessment through drying, strip-out, and reinstatement to sign-off.

Equipment

Corroventa forced dehumidification

Dried, heated air forced through the building structure via drilled entry points. Moisture monitored throughout. Drying certificate on completion.

Corroventa pressure drying addresses water trapped inside wall cavities, floor voids, and timber structures that surface-mounted dehumidifiers cannot reach. The system creates positive pressure through injection points, driving moisture out of the structure.

Specialist services

Thermal imaging and moisture monitoring

Thermal imaging camera display

Infrared thermal imaging identifies moisture distribution within walls, floors, and ceilings without destructive investigation. We use thermal cameras at each stage of the drying programme to verify progress and confirm completion.

Readings are recorded and included in the drying certificate. The thermal record provides the loss adjuster and insurer with objective evidence that the structure was dry before reinstatement works commenced.

Reinstatement

Full building reinstatement

Underfloor heating pipe installation

Once the structure is confirmed dry, we carry out the full reinstatement to pre-loss specification. Plaster, joinery, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and decoration — managed as a single contract from strip-out through to handover.

Specialist installations — underfloor heating, stone restoration, period joinery — are scoped and delivered within the same programme. One contractor, one programme, one point of accountability.
